<title>Stillmans Diet Review</title>
<description><![CDATA[ Stillman's Diet is based on the findings of Dr. Irwin Maxwell Stillman. It's a bit confusing because there are actually three different diets created by Stillman, but it's best to do them one right after the other. The Stillman Diet is another low carb diet.

Interestingly, Dr. Stillman's reasoning for the efficacy of low carb diets is a bit different than most other researchers. While others note the effect of carbohydrates on insulin levels and that without carbohydrates, the body turns to its fat for fuel, Dr. Sillman notes that it takes extra effort to burn off protein and says that with a diet high in protein, the "fires of metabolism" are raised and fat is "melted out" at a rapid rate.
