Every user which visits the site, creates feeds, uses feeds, or otherwise uses FeedYes services, automatically agrees to the following terms and conditions. Website may hold user (economically) resposible for violating one or more terms.

Enhancement of Terms
Website reserves the right to modify or enhance Terms of Service at any moment.

Rights
Website reserves the right to block any user and/or feed at any time. Website reserves the right to delete feeds and/or other information at anytime.

Adult content prohibited
Currently, it is not allowed to use FeedYes to create feeds which either contain adult content or link to adult content, or any other content not suitable for users below 18.

Content ownership and modification
You agree to never start paid services based on Website service without prior written permission from Website.

Personal use only
Service of Website is for personal use only. Any other form of use requires prior written permission from Website

Right to delete feeds without notice
Website can, at any time, delete feeds without prior notice. Reasons may be, but are not limited to (1) too many feeds in one account, (2) overload of feed(s), and (3) multiple accounts owned by one user.

FeedYES premium
FeedYES premium is a monthly rebilling service. It means you can cancel it any month you like. If you want to cancel your account, simply end your subscription at Paypal. Remember that, upon ending your premium account, your feeds will become inactive.
