So if you have a team where some of your members have to commute from far places, why not let them work from home?
Workers who telecommute have been shown to be just as efficient as those who operate in the office workspace. If reducing the stress your team member goes through daily will help improve their sense of wellbeing and productivity, it is absolutely worth it.
Give Them Something To Eat
While your team can bring their own food from work or go out to lunch, providing meals for them is a great way to build goodwill. If your office is spacious enough, maybe build a cafe with lots of healthy choices. If you do not have enough space you can simply provide fruit or a little kitchenette for people to sort their own meals. Offering meals in the office is a good way to ensure that they are eating well and that their bodies and brains are alert and in good shape.
Keep Them Moving

If you can, modify the office furniture, replacing sitting desks with standing variants, stools, or large exercise balls.
